We’re pleased to announce the submission of a rezoning application to the City of Toronto to redevelop 3434 Lawrence Avenue East.

The proposal presents two contemporary “L” shaped buildings ranging from 8 to 29 stories, and includes a new public street connecting Lawrence Avenue East to Greenbrae Circuit, a large pedestrianized courtyard, and a public park adjacent to Lawrence Avenue East. The site is located directly across the street from FCR’s Cedarbrae Mall, an established neighbourhood destination providing local retail amenities.

3434 Lawrence, located at the major intersection of Lawrence Avenue and Markham Road, is situated directly adjacent to the Lawrence East TTC bus, providing convenient access to the Lawrence East TTC station.

We’re pleased to contribute to the growth of the Scarborough community, and look forward to working with the City of Toronto and local area residents throughout the municipal review process.

We're pleased to announce our proposal for 332 Bloor Street West!

Designed in collaboration with BDP Quadrangle, the proposal presents a 37-storey mixed-use residential tower with retail at grade, and two new public spaces on Bloor Street. The improvement of this urban node continues our work in building thriving, urban, transit adjacent neighbourhoods.

Located directly adjacent to the Spadina TTC station, this mixed-use proposal provides convenient access to the Spadina streetcar and the Bloor subway line. Two publicly accessible spaces bookend the project, with a 450 square-metre publicly-accessible space forming a 'woonerf' or pedestrianized road that will link Bloor Street with Paul Martel Park to the north.

We are committed to the creation of unique architectural elements in the neighbourhood, and the promotion of a vibrant streetscape at this transit oriented, highly walkable site. We look forward to working with the City of Toronto and local area residents on the approvals of this project at 332 Bloor Street West!
