Full time job
Must have at list 2 years of experience
*Clean and fold item
*Observes sewing operation to detect defects in stitching that indicate machine malfunction and corrects malfunction when needed.
*Selects size and color thread and draws it through machine guides and bobbin
*Reads work order to determine type and location of embroidery
*May repair defective embroidery or fill in blanks left by embroidery machine
*Operate automatic embroidery machines with multiple sewing heads controlled by perforated pattern tape
*Operate a Tajima 4 head embroidery machine on a daily basis
*Ensure items are embroidered with correct logo and colors as noted on work order
*Ability to stand, stoop, bend for up to 8 hours/day
*Trim, fold, bag and box embroidered apparel if needed
*Perform quality control on the apparel, organize, pack and prep boxes for shipment if needed
*salary commensurate with experience
