Jesus take the wheel, Sarah is back and just as excited as ever!! Can you believe it’s almost 2020!?

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been active in the oily community!! How’ve y’all been! What’s new, what’s exciting!? I will have to hope on here and do a live one of these days! Lots of new has happened over the past few years that I dread the idea of typing all that....

ANYWAY!! I just wanted to say I am back! Baby steps in, or I may throw myself awkwardly into the waves. We will see how things transpire!

Did you know that the wheat that is grown today has been modified to yield more grain, which in turn makes the gluten content sky high? Einkorn wheat only contains the A genome, whereas modern wheat contains the D genome. Two completely different types of gluten!!

The einkorn grain also contains higher levels of protein, phosphorous, vitamin B6, potassium, and even carotenoids!!!
