Soft light, thoughtful details, steady timelines, happy tears.

This wedding unfolded with ease, the kind that comes from trust, preparation, and a whole lot of heart. From the first look to the final toast, every moment flowed, and the result was a day that felt as beautiful as it looked.

Best of all? A couple who was fully present, deeply in love, and absolutely thrilled. That’s always the goal.

Grateful to do this work. Honoured to hold days like this, especially for my friend who was the epitome of bridal elegance.

Calling all moms in all of your amazing forms! Forage & Grow Designs is excited to announce it’s next workshop.

Join us at on Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 8th) from 12-2 for an afternoon of sipping, snacking and flower arranging. $85 entry includes all materials needed to arrange a bouquet of flowers to take home with some simple tips and tricks, a cider or kombucha and a gorgeous graze platter from to snack on.

This wreath is so stinkin’ cute. I made the frame well over a year ago thinking I’d make something with it one day. Yesterday was that day, I didn’t know what to make so I just started making. It turns out it looks very Easter-y. It has lots of vibrant spring colors, a fallen birds nest that I have been saving and I nestled a mini prism inside. The dried flowers make this one of a kind piece everlasting and is available from Forage & Grow Designs. A funky little place where the things you see change with the seasons and are inspired by what we grow, what I find while foraging and source locally.

I’m always so excited for a redesign. The original piece was made back in November, created to have the feeling of fall and winter. This time around I made something appropriate for spring and the next big holiday coming up, Easter! I used boxwood, salal and Ivy which are some of my favorite evergreens to use for spring and a real birds nest I found in my front yard. Nestled in it are dried strawflower, winged everlasting, statice flower, a mini pine cone, an empty snail shell I found while weeding and a sprinkling of lavender buds. I gotta say, I’m a little jealous of this wreaths owner.

I’ve been forcing Magnolia buds indoors for that past 5 weeks. It’s been fun watching them open their delicate pink flowers and they give off a subtle sweet smell. Blooming Magnolia arrangements are currently available at the funky road side stand on chaster rd in limited supply. Place in a bright location and watch as one flower perishes another bloom will open, making for a long last floral arrangement. Enjoy the sun today! Forage & Grow Designs will be open 11 until dark.

I had the pleasure of filling 4 custom pieces for one customer. 2 everlasting wreaths and 2 everlasting arrangements utilizing the clients own vases, they came together using locally grown pampas grass, locally sourced p***y willow, dried flowers from and lavender from . The arrangements in the purple vase is an impressive 4 feet tall and this little shorty needed a step stool to put it together. Forage & Grow Designs offers custom orders year round and will gladly use something special from your home that you may not know what to do with. DM, email or text if you’re ever in need.
