Looking for a breakfast dessert? Try this Chocolate Acai Bowl Recipe. With just a handful of ingredients, you can make this delicious smoothie bowl. You can choose whatever toppings you have in the pantry to make it pretty and more filling!

Chocolate Acai Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
-1 large frozen banana
-1 pouch of acai puree
-1 cup of plant milk
-1 tbsp of maple syrup
-2 tbsp of cacao powder
Optional toppings:
-1 tsp of cacao nibs
-1 tsp of coconut flakes
-1/2 a finely sliced banana
-5 frozen raspberries
-2 tbsp of granola
-2 or 3 squares of dark chocolate chopped up
Instructions:
1. Add the frozen banana, plant milk, cacao powder, maple syrup, and acai puree into the blender. Blitz until smooth.
2. Immediately pour into a bowl of choice.
3. Add toppings of choice and serve with a spoon.

Want an Oat and Berry Acai Bowl for your Monday?
Let’s create the recipe with HarvestRipe™.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup milk (see Note)
1/3 cup traditional oats
1/2 ripe banana
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon white chia seeds
1 teaspoon acai powder (see Note)
100g mixed berries
1 tablespoon pistachios, chopped
2 tablespoons Coles Dried Cranberries
2 teaspoons freeze-dried pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds

METHOD

Step 1
Blend milk, oats, banana, frozen berries, and acai powder until smooth. Stand for a few minutes to thicken.

Step 2
Spoon into a serving bowl. Arrange berries, pistachio, and seeds on top.

Acai Popsicle

Ingredients
3 sweetened HarvestRipe Acai Packs
1 ripe frozen banana
½ cup organic coconut milk

*You can also make these with our HarvestRipe Acai Packs, with no added sugar, and sweeten your blend with honey to taste.

Instructions:

1. In a blender, mix HarvestRipe Acai Packs, banana, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixed ingredients into the popsicle mold.
3. Fill and stop just before the top, to leave a little room
4. Cover your mold, and slide in wooden sticks to freeze until firm.
5. Freeze until solid for at least 4 hours but preferably overnight

What is Cupuacu?

With its scientific name Theobroma grandiflorum, commonly known as cupuaçu, also spelled cupuassu, cupuazú, cupu assu, or copoasu, is a tropical rainforest tree related to cacao. Native and common throughout the Amazon basin.

Looking for a plant-based Breakfast? Try this Acai Berry Blast Smoothie Bowl.

Ingredients
-1 100g pouch of frozen unsweetened pure acai berry puree
-2 large ripe bananas
-2 large Medjool dates, pitted
-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
-1/8 teaspoon of fine sea salt
-2 tablespoons of your favorite peanut butter
-2 tablespoons of ground chia seeds
-2 cups of mixed frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries)
-Granola, and fresh berries for toppings

Methods
1. First, pop your acai packet in the microwave for about 30 seconds to thaw it slightly. Then add your sweeteners to the blender container, the bananas, and the dates
2. Next add the flavorings and the healthy fats: the vanilla, salt, peanut butter and ground chia seeds
3. Add the frozen mixed berries and the acai.
4. Pour the berry blast mixture, which will be the consistency of loose soft serve with seeds from the berries, into three bowls and top with your favorite granola and fresh berries.

It's Sunday! Let's create this healthy Peanut Butter-Acai Bowl recipe.
What you need:
- Acai berry puree, frozen
- Strawberries, fresh or frozen
- Blueberries, fresh or frozen
- Banana, frozen (peel and cut ahead of time and freeze)
- Peanut butter
- Vegan vanilla protein powder (optional but recommended for nutritional balance!)

Acai Bowl Toppings:
- Strawberries, sliced
- Blueberries, fresh
- Granola, your favorite kind (gluten-free if needed)
- Peanut Butter
- Raw honey (optional, omit for strict vegan)
- Bee Pollen (optional, omit for strict vegan)

Procedures
1. Add acai bowl ingredients to a blender and blend increasing speed slowly, using a tamper, until a thick, scoop-able consistency is achieved.
2. Transfer to a serving bowl.
3. Top with the toppings indicated or other toppings of your choice and enjoy!

Wondering for a healthy guilt-free snack to prepare for you and your kids?
Try this Acai Ball Recipe now.
Ingredients
Acai and H**p Seed Energy Balls
- ¼ cup acai powder
- ¼ cup h**p seeds
- 1 cup pitted dates
- ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup sunflower kernels

Preparations
1. Ensure that the pips have been removed from your dates, then blitz in a food processor till finely chopped
2. Add peanut butter, cacao powder, chia seeds, and sunflower kernels. Blitz again to combine
3. Refrigerate mix for 15-30 minutes
4. Use a spoon to portion out the mix and use wet hands to roll into balls
5. Pour Acai Powder into one bowl and H**p Seeds into another. Roll acai ball snacks in either mix to coat
6. Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.

Looking for some refreshments? Let's do Starbucks Strawberry Acai Recipe.
Ingredients
3 c water
2 1/2 c white grape juice
2 1/2 tsp freeze-dried strawberry (powder)
1 tsp freeze-dried acai (powder)
3/4 tsp green coffee bean extract (powder), add more according to package directions for more caffeine
2 tsp passion fruit puree, plus more if needed, 1/4 tsp at a time to adjust flavor
Ice

Preparations
Add powdered ingredients with a few tablespoons of water and stir until dissolved. This will make a slurry (a loose paste) ensuring you don't have large chunks of powder throughout.
Once the powder is thoroughly mixed, slowly stir in the last bit of water, passion fruit puree, and white grape juice. I use a glass jar with a lid to break up any excess powder.
Serve over ice with freeze-dried, frozen, or fresh strawberries.
