Hello everyone,

As you may have heard Bitza Thrift has officially closed its doors and now operating under new ownership, in the bigger unit directly next door.

We'd like to thank everyone for their patience and generosity with past present and future donations while we transition onto the next phases.

You can find Damsite Deals and Thrift Store beside the old Bitza Thrift location. Unit C, 308 2nd Ave in Bassano Alberta.

As highly anticipated, we are currently in the process of moving on to the next phases.

We'd like to thank everyone who has donated items that have helped enhance our community and keep things local and out of landfills.

Good Morning Bassano!

We'd like to let everyone know that for the next month or two, we will not be accepting any donations.

As we work to expand, we've become overwhelmed with new stuff coming in and would like to put all energy into the expansion for now 🙂

We'd like to thank everyone for their support through kind donations and appreciate your patience as we work to get the new store set up. As of yet, we do not have a set opening date, but it is looming on the horizon and when we have a set date, you will be the first to know! 🙂

Hello Bassano 🌟

We heard about the mishap at the Bassano cemetery. What a sad misunderstanding!

We know how much it means to everyone, and we'd like to offer a helping hand to hopefully lift people's spirits and pay respect to those who have passed and those who's history helped shape our town.

As a result of the generosity of the Bassano community, we at Bitza Thrift are able to donate a large Tupperware full of decorations; faux flowers, candle holders, picture frames, ornaments, and other miscellaneous graveside decorations that are all available for free at the entrance of the cemetery, to anyone who would like to replace valuable memorabilia misplaced by these unfortunate events that have recently taken place.

As per conversations with the town, some items removed during maintenance have been saved.

If you put anything in the cemetery as a memorial piece, please contact the town to see if they still have it.
