Hamilton's Pottery is a pottery studio that exclusively uses indigenous red clay from Barbados in all their product lines. Hamilton Wiltshire is an accomplished potter who is dedicated to developing this local clay body for use in functional ceramic products including the traditional Monkey Pot, table ware etc.

Pottery & pottery related classes now available!

Come and join us for morning full of fun, relax and learning new skills. We offer eight mornings on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.00am to 1.00pm at Hamilton's Pottery at Sturges, St. Thomas, just passed Harrison's Cave. Our first class starts on 19 August 2014.

What will I learn?
Basic hand building, moulding and incorporating pottery with craft to create mobiles, wall hangings and mosaics, finishing techniques.

What do we provide?
All working materials, chance to have your art pieces fired in the kiln, parking and a friendly atmosphere.

How much is it?
BDS $250. All fees must be paid before the first class starts.

I wonder. What is the story behind this old tree trunk? When was she planted? How long did she take to grow into a majestic, wise, old tree, swaying and dancing on the notes of the breeze, until her last day came?
