Our big letters were out again this weekend for with a custom paint job in the classic Hawkesbury City Council blues! We love working on this event with our production crew also running the stage all Sunday!

Some of our flameless candles and lanterns were at a LARP event a few weeks back! We have Lanterns to suit everything from table dressing to marking out trip hazards and ropes like these ones!

A little bit of light goes a long way, we lit up our bar at our Warehouse warming the other week to give it a little bit of Prismatic flair!

It finally happened! We had a great time two weeks ago opening up our warehouse for a networking evening. This was a great chance to get out some of our favorite styling pieces and show people around the warehouse. See anything here that might be good for your upcoming event? Let us know!

Prismatic Group is a Hawkesbury based events and entertainment company. Our company has been built on the values of hard work and inclusion. Role and Responsibilities - All team members:
· Participate in event planning, bump in, operations and bump out in line with your level of responsibility.
· Support production and events teams as required.
· Risk management support and participation in risk management processes.
· Maintaining personal data and records including timesheets.
· Follow instructions and/or provide leadership appropriate to role level.
· Compliance with Company values and philosophies.
Role and Responsibilities - Administration and/or Events Casuals:
· Data entry, maintaining databases and documents.
· Support marketing and promotional activities including social media.
· Answer phone calls and follow up appropriately.
· Make phone calls to customers, suppliers and other parties as directed.
· Check emails and react as appropriate.
· Assisting with events management including venue booking, ticket processing, logistics management support, sponsorship support, experience management and supporting the review process.
· Operation of inventory management system.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
· Some experience with community volunteering or similar.
· Formal qualification is not essential but must be prepared to undertake training as requested.
Skills Required:
· Moderate to high level of emotional intelligence,
· legible handwriting or equivalent note taking method,
· ability to navigate applications and devices related to your role and Company data management,
· attention to detail,
· organisation and planning,

Equipment and Other Provisions:
We will supply the following:
· Uniform including high visibility vest.
You must supply:
· Steel cap boots, appropriate black pants, hat and warm jacket (unless the Company choose to supply these).
All applicants must hold or obtain a Working With Children Check clearance.
