From the Early Days to Today 💛

These are a few of the original Little Bumble wraps we made nearly 9 years ago. Many of our customers still use them for 5+ years, after giving them a little refresh with our pre-blend to bring them back to life.

They may not be perfect anymore, but they’re still doing their job and are very well loved.

Back when I made these wraps, I hoped I was creating something that would help families reduce waste and replace single-use plastic. Seeing these original wraps in use today reminds me why I started Little Bumble in the first place.

A lot has changed over the years—new fabrics, new designs, new packaging, and plenty of learning along the way—but the goal has always stayed the same: creating reusable wraps that last and keep food fresher for longer.

A little late, but too important not to share 🌿

Bees play a vital role in our environment and food production, helping pollinate much of what we rely on every day.

This week also reminded us to appreciate the incredible local makers and producers across Australia, and the role they play in creating more sustainable choices.

At Little Bumble, we’re especially grateful to be part of that community—creating reusable wraps inspired by nature and made here in Australia 💛

9 years ago, Little Bumble was just a small idea with big dreams.

I still remember being filmed during the Start Up Gippsland program and seeing Little Bumble on TV for the very first time — it felt completely surreal.

Since then, this little business has grown through markets, late nights, fabric choices, school lunches, amazing customers, and so much learning along the way.
