Sonic Rendezvous Music has these two absolutely essential masterpieces of 80's Aussie cow punk / blues rock hitting the racks today, both of which feature the legendary Spencer P Jones (R.I.P). ⚡️🎶❤️

With that said......
If you're ever down St Kilda way, then be sure to stop on by the newly named Jonesy Lane, which is just off Fitzroy St, it was, as you can imagine, named after Spencer P Jones. 👍

If you're lucky, you might even bump into this legend, Mr Kim Salmon, guitar slinger in The Scientist and The Beasts of Bourbon aka The Beast. 😎

Good to see our 1977 US 1st pressing promo copy of The Saints "I'm Stranded", which is arguably the greatest Australian punk record ever, went to a good home, and to a fellow Brisbane native. 👍

They're ok, but they've got nothing on The Shakers!

Founded in 1964 and hailing from Uruguay (South America), the Los Shakers were a kick ass garage rock / rock n roll band who had a super catchy 1966 mega smash hit called "Break it All".

Modelled after The Beatles, they were the band that the Beatles wish they were (just kidding).

Anyway, this album rules, this version here was reissued on Glenn A Bakers Australian label Raven Records in 1983, it's $50, and it's in VG+ condition.

This amazingly huge and totally kick ass record fair is happening at Northcote Theatre on Sunday 10th of May, which is Mothers Day.

Doors 11am to 4pm // Enter FREE // All Ages // Family Friendly

There's 25 or so of Melbourne's BEST record venders who will have hundreds of crates fully loaded with 10's of thousands of New and Used records of every conceivable genre.
