Yay its December! 🎉🎄

The month of shopping, good vibes, presents, food, drinks, seeing family and friends, holidays, decorations, santa, being thankful and advent calenders!

A little story about myself and how and why I started this little business. 🤍 Now this is quite raw and personal and just not that happy, so feel free to not read and just move on xx

So April this year I decided it was best to quit my job in child care. I fell into a depression and was super emotional and always crying for no apparent reason and it was all the time! I started eating my feelings and gaining heaps of weight. I started getting really fragile and also frusturated with my kids. Now honestly I just wanted to escape and have a few weeks off, go somewhere by myself and be 'free' for a good minute. I love my kids more than anything in the world but the depression made me not want to be around anyone. I didn't go to friends important events and I was just a s**t person to be around. After about 2 months of this I decided this is not how I am going to live, I am going to be the best mum I can be and I'm going to do something about it. I started talking to some people about my feelings and one person in particular who was my rock though out the whole thing. It made me feel better just talking about it. I was sick and tired of being bored and doing nothing also not knowing what I want to do with my life. So one day I was like you know what, I want to start my own business! And messaged my partner Jye and told him and he was so supportive of it. That afternoon, I did a mood board and brought a heap of stuff. Spent thousands! Came up with the business name and was up in running within the week. If it wasnt for him we wouldnt be here right now ❤

I am now as happy as I used to be, no medications just pure strength to get back to my old self. So a massive thank you to every single one of you for being so supportive with my little business, I really appreciate it. It has kept me busy and I honestly love what I do now.

I dont want sympathy, but if there is anyone out there who is in the same boat, know it gets better with time and you can do something about it 🤍 Love you all xx

** Yes I deleted this post because after I posted it I felt quite embarrassed. But thought no, I'm going to repost this because this is life. It's nothing to be embarrassed about, this happens to so many people every single day and I'm not ashamed of my feelings and how I was a few months ago. So I'm going to share it again. Reusable jars!

Just soak in hot water with a bit of dish wash liquid or bicarb and let it sit for a few hours, then give a scrub and rinse out 🌿

This is my candle jar I keep reusing for my house (its wet) and the smell of each candle is always as amazing as the last 😍
