Tip of the day -

When making dough and requires work or rolling, or maybe your cutting out scones or biscuits. Place a sheet of baking paper down. When finished no clean up required, just throw it all away. 🙂

Cheese 🧀 and bacon 🥓 sausage rolls

We’re back ! I know it’s been a while.

Today Harry and I made this beauty.
It’s got 3 layers - combination of mince - cheesy bechamel sauce and a cheesy top.

Nothing beats a home made lasagne for dinner 🍽

No thermomix cooking tonight but these chicken 🍗 drumsticks 🍗 are seasoned with delicious lemon 🍋 and herb 🪴/ perri perri seasoning.

Cooked for 40 minutes 180c these were delicious 🤤 and very tender.

A quick and easy dinner in the oven for our 4th day in covid isolation

Today we used the Caramelised Red Onion Chutney we mad last week for a delicious toper on our English muffins with Halloumi and avocado.

The chilli 🌶 in the chutney gives it a nice sense of warmth when eating.

This is sure to be a hit at any dinner table and a great idea for picnics and party’s.

Did I mention you even make the mayonnaise which you will have some left over to use on something else.

You can make it a meat free option by removing the bacon 🥓

Hello everyone, we just wanted to introduce ourselves. Thank you for following our page and we hope you like what you see.

We will continue to post delicious things that we cook each day with our thermomix. We are currently cooking a beef lasagne which we freeze for lunches.

Roast potatoes with garlic and rosemary 🥔

Harry and Max wanted to have some delicious roast potatoes with their dinner. Delicious and a huge favourite around this house. Cripsy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside!

Harry’s friend Max came by this afternoon and we celebrated his 1st birthday 🎉

We quickly whipped up some buttermilk scones for everyone and they were an absolute treat.

Cooking and learning

Do you cook with your kids? 👨‍🍳 🧑‍🍳

Harry and I cook daily and he is always helping me pour, scoop, mix and stir.

I recently updated all the measuring cups, measuring spoons and utensils so they are all different colours.

Now not only am I teaching my son a skill for life in cooking, but he is also learning colours at the same time.

If you have kids, invite them into the kitchen and watch the joy 🤩 on their faces as they learn and cook with you! There is no better feeling 😊
